Privacy notice

The itispm.cz website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for the technical operation and security of the service; keeping and retaining them is required of the provider by law.

If you write to us by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message solely to reply, and no longer than necessary.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website and in handling your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not pass the data to anyone other than the recipients named above and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
