Focus on what matters most
We have worked under the iTiSPM brand since 1999. We offer outsourced project management, business consulting, business and financial analysis and GDPR services. We connect experienced project managers, business consultants and analysts with companies that need a project delivered, order brought to how they are run, or a decision made on the numbers. The owner of iTiSPM is Vlastimil Pokorný – Senior Project Manager, Business Consultant and Financial Analyst.
Priority goes to the goals that bring the greatest value; we keep distractions and unproductive activity to a minimum. We rank key goals and tasks by their impact on the project’s success. We plan and allocate resources. And we keep responding as conditions change. The result: better deliverables, higher productivity and a project finished on time and within budget.

We provide a structured approach to planning, managing and controlling projects – from brief to handover into operations.
Project and programme management
You get a project manager who takes on your IT project or programme at the brief and hands it over into operations – whether it is SDLC development, a transition of IT operations to another supplier, a data migration or a regulatory project. When a project already under way has slipped its scope, budget or deadline, we bring it back under control: we set up governance, priorities and communication. We can also build and run a whole project management office (PMO). We manage projects according to the PRINCE2® method; Vlastimil Pokorný holds the PRINCE2® certification (Axelos, 2015).
Business consulting
We help you decide before you start spending: we analyse requirements and the impact of change, design a project and resource management methodology tailored to your company, and prepare or evaluate a tender (RFI/RFP). The output is a recommendation you can act on.
Financial analysis
Your project or programme gets financial management: a CAPEX and OPEX budget, ongoing controlling and a return-on-investment study. For the finance and risk functions of banks (MONETA Money Bank, ČSOB) we have led management reporting projects – MIS, BI, data warehouses and data marts – and we know how to turn numbers into a basis for decisions.
GDPR
We guide you through personal data protection from impact analysis on day-to-day operations, through process design, to acting as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO), a service you can contract from us. Vlastimil Pokorný’s experience: the GDPR and consent management programme at MONETA Money Bank, GDPR impact analysis at UPC Czech Republic, GDPR implementation at HAAS autodoprava and external DPO for Pečovatelská služba Prahy 6.

Prices exclude VAT and are per person-day (MD). We prepare a specific offer according to the role, scope and length of engagement.
